By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. ORDER LEAD TIME
All orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. We reserve the right to not accept any last minute orders or requests.

2. PAYMENT
Full payment is required to secure your order.
Payment methods will be shared during the ordering process.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the collection date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 3% transaction fee.
Cancellations made 3 days or less before collection are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows will be treated as cancellations with **no refund**.
Refunds will be made via Paynow or bank transfer only.

4. RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.
Approval is subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances or order changes.

5. ORDER AMENDMENTS
Changes to your order (flavor, quantity, etc.) must be made at least 5 days in advance.
We may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes.

6. SELF-COLLECTION & DELIVERY
We do not offer delivery at the moment.
Customers may arrange their own courier or third-party pickup.
We are not liable for any damage, delay, or loss once the order has left our premises.

7. LATE COLLECTION
Collection is only available during our operating hours.
Please collect your order at the agreed timeframe.
If you are running late, kindly inform us in advance.

8. ALLERGENS
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten (wheat), soy, and nuts.
We are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order.
We do not offer any sugarless, eggless, or gluten-free bakes at the moment.

9. PRODUCT VARIATIONS
As all our bakes are handcrafted in small batches, there may be slight variations in colour, shape, size, or decoration. These do not affect quality and are not grounds for refunds.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, power outages, or supplier issues. In such cases, a refund or reschedule will be offered at our discretion.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (For Classes & Recipes)
All materials provided during baking or decorating classes (including recipes, handouts, or recordings) are **intellectual property of \[Your Bakery Name]**.
They may not be shared, copied, or resold without permission.

13. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION
We reserve the right to photograph any products made for marketing purposes.
For classes or events, please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to production limits, inappropriate behavior, or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be issued if your order is cancelled by us.
